  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted based on customer dissatisfaction with the received item.

2. Return Eligibility

    • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are approved in the following circumstances: a. If the item received by the customer is incorrect, damaged, or missing due to an error on our part, such as receiving a product that does not match the order placed or if the item is damaged or lost during shipping.
    • Time frame for return is 30 days of receiving your order.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund or replacement decision.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Provide video unboxing package, photos of the item and packaging for verification.
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges if the wrong item was ordered by the customer.
  • If you need a different size, color, or model, you must place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through our return process (if eligible).
