Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If you found any problems or issues with a product please contact us by mail: sales@ovaventure.comThis policy page is applicable for Indonesia and United States only.

If 30 days have gone by since your package is delivered, unfortunately, we can not accept your return and we cannot provide any refund or exchange. When your return your product, products must be unused, in excellent condition, and in their original package. Otherwise, your return not accept,s and no provide a refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS
To embark on the return, please contact us via our official email: sales@ovaventure.com. If your return is accepted, then a shipping label and instructions will be provided stipulating where to return the package.

Note: the shipping fee is FREE for defective products. But, when any customer mistakenly buys any product on another color, or brand. That time customers will responsible for the actual cost of shipping for the said item. 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • You will need to provide your original order number, so have this information readily available. You will also be asked the reason for your return or refund claim (this information will be used for our records).
  • Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card / PayPal used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds are for products only, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  •  Items accepted for return must be new within their original package and new/unused condition.
  • Receipt or any proof of purchase

Please don’t return items to the address writing on the package. If you are still planning on sending the wrong item. It will be more and more difficult because our warehouse doesn’t have the capacity for that.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 30 minutes of placing the order. After 30 minutes, the order is locked for processing and not possible canceled. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Mistakes happen. We’re all human. So, if you received an incorrect product, we will work with you to get the correct items sent out without any cost to you. We apologize that you have received a damaged product. Quality and Care are core values here, so we will handle all claims promptly.

No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective. But, when any customer mistakenly buys any product on another color, or brand. That time customers will responsible for the actual cost of shipping(3.99$) for the said item.

REFUND 
We will notify you via mail once we’ve received your return, and let you know it was approved or not. If your return item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please note that we first offer exchange or replacement in all possible and return/refund is only offered if ovaventure.com fails to provide a replacement.
